A little like the kokum itself
The fruit our name comes from spends weeks drying and deepening before it's ready for the kitchen — the sharp, dark flavour behind so many of our dishes doesn't happen quickly.
We're giving the restaurant the same kind of time. When we reopen, it'll be worth the wait.
